How much is a 3CHAR domain worth?

I have found a few 3 char domains which have 2 letters and one number.
Are they worth something? i.e. If I buy them for let's say $9.69 can I then sell them for more cash??

That depends on what the characters and numbers are. I'm sure someone would pay big money for FU2.com. I don't think X7N.info is going to fetch very much.

Not .com's but they are a top level domain and they are popular and I think I will buy them when I get some moola if they are still available...

not .coms = probably not worth much more than reg. You can speculate that they'll have value down the road and hold them for a few years but who knows, I would personally skip them or perhaps try this method:
