Unique urls generally equal the number of links purchased. So bronze is 15K links and your going to get 15K unique urls. Silver is 25K links with 25K unique urls, and gold is 50K with 50K unique urls. Unique urls your links are built on.
Not sure 7500 is going to be enough links to get your youtube video back up, but I can do 7500 anyway. Ill pm you.

what kind of links? comments? wiki?? web2.0 or something else? I'm interested in. Is it safe for money site?
got my report in 3 days with 10k extra links. i did not know it's blog links (comments and pingback). i hope this will help my serp. i wonder how soon it will have impact on my serp? so far i havent seen my video back in serp. i also havent seen much, if anything, on aherefs and seocentro.

I believe its still running for whatever reason, let me look at it and get back with you.
Most links are indexed in 2-3 weeks or less, although technically it can take up to 12 weeks for google to recrawl all urls in their index and therefor index the links. But most of the time less then 3 weeks has the vast majority of them crawled.
Currently they are blog comments and trackbacks from various platforms.
You can use it on the money site safely, but you should make sure you link to inner urls. Also that you use a wide array of anchor text.
Also please take into account your link profile. If you registered your domain yesterday you should not order the 150K links pack. Its always easier to add links vs take them away. So start slow if in doubt and then come back for more later.
Also you can add Tier sites, and include those and I can break up the links between your tier sites and your money site.
