Are fb coupons safe?!

My friend told me that his paypal got blacklisted on fb bescause of it. So, are they safe?

Why would a product of FB itself led to blacklisting? There is some other reason his paypal would have been blacklisted. Due to viokation of FB ToS being one of the most common reason.

But my paypal was "Limited" for a while because of it.

Because now a days fb not allowing same payment id for another account.
It should be like 1 acc, 1 cc or pp. another acc should have all different and unique which you never used before for fb.
