What do you get more sales from amazon or ebay?

I'm thinking about going over to amazon because i'm indefinitely limited on ebay but i just feel that amazon is much smaller then ebay and i wouldn't get much sales. Do you make more money from amazon or ebay?

You are right at a point, amazon is smaller than ebay. But, people making huge sales on amazon too. Only thing is to have some great feedback for your product. You may collect fake feedback first and after few days you should automatically get some sales. Another up growing popular method is fb advertising, I've seen most of the ebay and amazon sellers are now depending on fb advertising. It really works and helps them to get some real buyers.

Why not use Ebay and Amazon.

I have noticed AZ seems to "steer" the buyer to your item. EB gives like a search result that show a kind of real results of compeititon.

I have watched sellers on AZ and EB and the rips on AZ are $50 TO $150 MORE on the same damn item.

Doing both is key. I have been looking to jump to AZ too...

Amazon is better for long term branding and you can achieve 1:1 gross revenue long term. Short term eBay will outsell anywhere from 5 to 2 times as much. eBay is a race to the bottom, Amazon is a race to ratings.

I find that increasing the number of watchers helps my ebay sales, but that is purely anecdotal. Some of my listings improved in ebays results (depending on the cat).

Amazon is the leading platform and most of the people got benefit on it. So personally i recommend you to use amazon for more sales.
