Used RMX host. I think is fair to say that rmxhost.com is done for. I have no way to contact my original webdesigner who did the site. Does that mean there is no way for me to get my files?

Also... is there any way for me to get my domain transfered from RMXhost, or is that out of the question without help from them? I have PM'd RMX and also sent some emails, but no response.

I don't have their phone number on file. You don't happen to be aware of it do you? (Hoping you were a client as well!)

Did you use your contact detail to register on rmxhost? I would recommend give them a call to request transfer code & your files. Emails are always slower.

Hi,

RMX Hosting has been bought by us last year. If the previous owner transferred your files over to us at JDR, you can have them. Please PM me and I'll see if I can help.

JDR Hosting is fully operating and we are not closed.

Yes sorry, not sure why I put RMX. It is JDR.

I can't get JDRHOST.com to load or my website. JDRHOST.com your site name correct? I haven't been able to load yours or my site hosted by you for a few weeks now?

I am an existing client of JDR Hosting. http://jdrhost.com/
Had two services with them. I am able to access their servers and their support is actually quite good (David Sanders is the one serving me). Unless you are rude to them, generally they will go the extra miles to help.
