Thanks for the share.

Question, on the setting of the multi-thread, what would you recommend?

For example if i set it up to 500 multi threaded, will this block my ip? Whats a good setting?
Thanks so much

I don't know tbh the way I check said that they dont have limit but you wont know until you check

One question: from which domain source it is checking from? As there is a risk of getting stolen your domain name idea.

It does a whois check using a free api. I dont log anything and to my knowledge the developer of the api doesnt either (he didnt develop it for this use so it is unlikely he steals it)

can you please put more free api and have them rotate...so when one gets block another api will continue. ..I think this is a good idea ...especially when we insert large list.

can you do this please? thank you

Did you get banned? My understanding is that this API never blocked/banned you.

no not banned...but I notice when you insert anything over 500 domains for it to check..the results it gives back are not accurate...meaning that some domains say available when the really aren't. ..so I think more free api (with them rotating) will help with checking larger lists.

again ...could you do this?

thanks again

I have another idea that I will implement as to not overload the API. I will ask the program to request the url first, if it is unreachable then it will request the whois info from the API. This will reduce the number of requests dramatically...

I sent you a pm replying to your earlier message. please check it.

thanks

Sorry I was out of the country for a few days. I will try to check and reply as soon as possible

Thanks. Yeah let me know what you think of my suggestions. (from my PM I earlier sent you) I think the accuracy can be greatly improved....almost there!

Thank you again for all your hard work.

Hi,
The Bulk Domain Checker update is planned for early next week. I will let you know once it's ready

Christos

seems like a really nice tool... I'm planning of switching from the web based one I use so I will give this a try. People are right to be concerned about log data though
My software does not log the domains checked anywhere. It uses a free WHOIS API but to my knowledge they don't log the requests.

Kind regards,
Christos
