Hi, i tryed the "simple solution" : Simple Solutions - 750 Web 2.0 Links

Got 833 links, coming from 465 domains, coming from 403 networks (class C, i counted 1.1.1. as 1 network, even if its not a class C...)
almost none coming from page with spam keywords,
about 60% english website,
low obl (average obl about 4 or 5)

Globaly OK.
I would say that this is high quality tier 2 linking. and option (pay extra) to get only english target would be great.
