My wife is from Sweden , I'll be interested in ranking my site to in Sweden while I'm in Australia . I'm a photographer / student . would love to rank as "wedding photographer Stockholm " , obviously in Swedish , while I still in down under .

can someone recommend seo package ? That will work in Swedish *

I don't know of any Swedish link networks, but you should be able to rank those keywords by using an English network (any from the marketplace).
 
how about targeted facebook page for Sweden and incorporate it with your site?
 
Check the marketplace for stuff like that. This is the wrong forum mate.

As you have mentioned that you want to rank your website in Sweden ( google.se ) search engine. First i suggest to target Social Media channels. today social media helps to increse website ranking and traffic. Just add google analytic on your webstie so that you can check the traffic via Social websites. Besides of these do all require on page and off page optimization. As your website is based on photographic so i suggest to add one blog with latest photos... google love to crawl blogs easily.. try all these hope it works to you.

Try to get back links from high quality blog posts and guest posts for your keyword. Unique content with good quality and relevance can do great job in ranking your keywords.
 
You could try our services though it has worked for foreign language sites.. It wont be hard to target Sweden sites too .
