I wanted post a public reply here so as to clear the air since APK Playstore has not only taken to the forums, but sent a PM and his strategy is unfortunate but clear.
APK Playstore has not been paid for the leads he generated since they were fraudulent. Not only were they fraud, they were a very poor and blatant fraud.
That is a vague term so I will elaborate.
1. APK Playstore used a method known as pixel manipulation: This is where you cause the system to send a postback even though there is absolutely no lead. It seems pretty tempting because your account credits (since we credit in real time) and you may feel excited believing that you'll be able to cash out.
This is probably the worst type of fraud there is (even by fraud standards). You'll never get away with something like this since the advertiser gets NO LEAD. Not a fake lead, not a bad lead but no lead at all.
Then, APK Playstore used (presumably purchased) blocks of IP's and sent along what we call "serial IP" leads. This is not a case of bad information inputted on an e-mail submit or something else where there could be a mistake. The IP ranges are crystal clear and sequential. There is no accident and there is no confusing a real lead for sequential IP leads.
Finally, APK Playstore thought that by threatening to bash CPAlead (which he has messaged to our staff) and blasting us on the forums, we might capitulate and pay him for these fraudulent leads.
This will never, ever happen. We protect our community and all of the great Affiliates here. This sort of non sense (pixel/postback fraud) will never fly. In fact, had that happened and he accepted that he was caught, it would be one thing but trying to leverage his BHW account (among others) and issue threats where he promises to bash us publicly if not paid (aka blackmail) is the worst . Everything about the leads and the account were and are 100% fake. This sort of thing is why the industry and all of CPA loses great offers each year.
In essence, it robs real money and opportunity from all of the Affiliates out there. CPAlead will never try to cash in for a quick buck and let that happen. We'll do whatever it takes protect our Affiliates and are grateful to all of them.

The only reason that i don't use cpalead is that there is no progress bar comes up on downloading page when someone click on offer .Make that change and i will be there . ,Its not hard to make this change , I'm not asking for real progressing bar just put some progressing GFS images .

I do see an older post regarding wire transfers to Spain and YES, absolutely we can send a wire traffic to Spain. There's absolutely no restrictions there that I know or have heard of.

I received all my payments from CPAlead recently, but I still have a question, how can I edit my username on CPAlead chat ? because I prefer to hide my real name when I scratch my lottery ticket or when I shoot my earnings in the chat and I don't find the information in the FAQ or the help section.

Great, I'm glad you're happy. Right now we don't have a way to allow name changes since we had it in the past and it was misused. We are going to bring it back though.

Hi H3CBL,
The reason you hadn't received payment yet is that you had set your payment threshold to $5,000 and since you hadn't hit that, we had not yet issued payment - at your request. This is something that is set within the dashboard. I'll send along an e-mail as well.
If you needed to change your threshold, you're welcome to do that anytime. Again, we typically set it to $50 by default then payout at even lower amounts such as $15 for Paypal etc. But if you prefer it be set to another number for any reason, that's completely ok with us as well.

If its for Feb earnings (you listed both) then it would be paid end of March based on what you wrote.
If its for January earnings and you're net 30 then it you would receive it this week
So based on that, everything seems to be on time and in line with the dates.

As a footnote for anyone who is new to CPA the industry that may be reading this
Net 30 = 30 days after the end of month
Net 15 = 15 days after the end of the month
Net 7 = 7 days after the end of the month
bi-weekly = Every 2nd week
Weekly = Each week
