Yes, it will be safe.
But avoid using scam words in video description - it may get your video deleted.

That's a common thing when your video gets stuck at 301+ , it will last for some time then everything will be okay, and your views will be going normally.

They all stop at 301 for a while dude. If it's been there for more than a couple of days, Youtube has probably detected fake views. I'd reupload it, or start again with a new video, if that's the case.

FYI: Vagex and Addmefast don't usually work so well, if you want high retention views.

PPS: You should have monetised it after you sent the views. Bad things happen if YT thinks you're trying to make illegitimate cash.

U2bviews fast views will get you over 301+. SYV works as well, but I heard about people getting banned from YT more frequently from using SYV. Don't count on enhance views. I barely get any views from enhance views. Addmefast should get you over the 301+ mark like someone previously stated. It takes a while to get over 301+

While you keep buying views/comments/subscribers/likes/dislikes your video will never be safe ..but some are more risky than others
Monetize and fake views are a dangerous mix ... be careful with the service you use ..if google detects it (invalid clicks) , you get your account banned for good . Than you have to start all over again

SYV isn't safe. I used it and got views deleted constantly. But eventually YouTube will remove or reupload your vid.

If your YT video got stuck at 301+, wait around 3 weeks to see the 302 views or more.

I dont think addemefast views are safe these days

In the sense none of the method for yt views are safe these days except real human views

And yes if you are trying to get views on a new video in a short time the video view will stuck at 301+
