Yes, 80% Stickiness is Life time, and If drop. You can pm me with your Page URL, Paypal Email ID, Amount of Likes You Ordered. But Remember, I am giving 10-15% Extra, which means for 1000 Likes Order You will get 1100 Likes, and from which 300 Likes If drop, It is still 800 Likes which is fine, If drop Makes it 700 Likes, You can ask for refill but Do not PM before It is 20% Drop. As It not Drop that much. I tested it for Months than I Offered This at BHW.
