sefest like limit in 24 hours?

im currently hitting 1k like in a 12 hours window, and wait til the next day to continue,
i'm just wondering if its safe to go beyond this and maybe hit 1.5k or even 2k in 24hours, then stop for an hour or so then go at it again?
