Below are my observations -

All the Web 2.0's are unique which is good
Content is scraped and unique and i could see few of the properties got indexed already which is a positive
All the points mentioned OP are covered in the report except the details of logins to properties (I think once i receive the report for my other website, i think he might include it)
Communication - Excellent. He is always responds with in few minutes


Overall I am satisfied with the output and I would be placing an order for some of the other newly websites (low competition) shortly once i receive the second report..
