Dynamic IP for YT accounts?

Hello people,
Not long ago, I made a considerable amount of money on youtube, but their new patches really make it hard for me even earning 5$ a day.

Worst problem is the ranking , thats why I decided to throw 10x more videos on youtube
Well, I have a squidproxy subsctiption, which means 10 proxies and 10-20 accounts per month and 2-3 videos per account. They last about 2 months, so thats cool.

But Id lime to upload more, not40 videos but around 400.
But I dont have more proxies... Thats why I decided to look into dynamic IPs... I strictly seperate my BH and WH online marketing endeavours like this: adsense onmy laptop, ppd on my vps.
If I wanted to use my dynamic IP, I would need to violate this, which i reakky do not want (what if something goes wrong)

How are you uploading your videos? Is a dynamic IP way to go or should I buy 50 private proxy subscription.
Im really helpless in this
i want my VPS to have a dynamic IP...

2- Upload Videos
3- Restart router
