Sola Rank scammed me 300 USD

I just want to warn you guys not to make any deals with 'Sola Rank'
I am very sad that he is a very reputable guy here in BHW, but I have to open this shitlist about him.
3 weeks ago, he came to me wanting to buy an instagram account. We made the deal using the 50/50 method via paypal.
It went like this - he paid me half of the price, I give him the details of the account & he send me the rest.
He also bought some shoutouts from me!

So yeah, It went very very very smooth. Until... I found that he went on to paypal asking for a refund because I didnt gave him what he wanted. He said to paypal that I have a website (LOL) and saying he tried to contact me but he cant reach to me.

I can only give screenshot of the paypal dispute as we made the transaction via KIK (which logs cannot be saved.. i think?)

DONT DO DEALS WITH HIM! PURE RIP OFF

@Solarank, there are 3 transactions dated Jan 31, 2013 for $50, $40 and $35 - totaling $125. From the screenshots, it looks like they were disputed on Feb 22 and all 3 are still ongoing.

You purchased the account on Jan 31st and entered the dispute more than 3 weeks later.

1) You must have been able to login to it when you first purchased it, otherwise you would have entered a dispute earlier than that, correct? Post details as to when you were last able to login and why you think it's simonsaystroll's liability vs yours since the account was in your hands when it was hacked.

2) I want to see logs of your attempts to contact simonsaystroll to inform him of the situation and why you feel it's his responsibility and not yours.

Yes, i was able to log in to the account for the first few weeks of owning it. I was making lots of posts etc and the followers had doubled. However, i tried to log in to the account and it had got hacked.The account was in my hands when it was hacked so the it was my liability but what made me put a dispute in was, the same day the account had got hacked the account was posting up the niche images and linking it to the persons main account (the account where i got in contact with Simon about buying one of his accounts).

Any pictures posted by Simon advertising another channel are usually deleted after a few hours because followers tend to unfollow. Unfortunately i was unable to get a screenshot.

I made no contact to inform Simon before opening a dispute.

Given zero evidence of your claim and no attempt to contact him before opening the disputes, I have to say you have a choice. Cancel the PP disputes or lose your BHW account. How can you feel it's justified to open a dispute without any attempt to contact your seller??

Yes i will close the paypal disputes if it has to result in this. I opened the dispute because i knew the account was hacked by him, please let me a get reply off him and i will be able to get proof.

SolaRank told me that he cancelled the disputes so I have PMed simonsaystroll and told him he's got 48 hours to confirm it or not before I remove the SL.

He didn't cancelled the dispute & he won the chargeback. Though I called Paypal they couldn't help me as they said it was a virtual item. I want him to send me back the money he owe me or get banned from BHW!

PS. I forgot that he bought some shoutouts from me and he payed to my other paypal account as the other paypal account Im using. He also charge backed that money & he got (120 USD) reversed to his account.

So to sum it up - He charged back both on my paypal account. 1 totaling 125 USD (For the account) and 120 USD (For shoutouts he bought) PS. Old Salt, if you want the disputed transaction of the shoutout please let me do so. Thanks
