They will ask you questions that only you know. Exemple :
whats is your last 4 digits of SNN?
whats model of car you assigned in your account ?
they can ask about thinks that you already bought


I called ebay like 3 times and each time they asking something that only you know
Do not even try to find somebody. Call by yourself !
