I have 1 advice for you: Of course don't show your niches, but if you are going to start a journey and help people out, then be prepared to answer questions. No one can force you to do this of course, but no one forced you to open a "help" thread in the 1st place.

The journeys are place to share your experience, earnings and everything else you feel like sharing about your method(android apps in this case). It is NOT a buffet for the "newbies" and lazy people who won't bother even using the search button... or anybody else for that matter. Sure, if OP feels like it he can help other people out, but he is not obligated to. He is free to come every day and only post his earnings if he decides to.

It's very easy to try to discredit someone when they write something out of context.

@ Bluehatseo - I clearly stated that the amount of money brought in for the time spent doing PPD doesn't stack up and therefor my time is better spent doing other more profitable methods. If you cannot understand that "Time is Money" then thats not my fault.

I in no way said - I have better ways of spending my time than to do this thread.

@ Thunderelvi - I was never keeping my niche a secret. I don't want to SPOONFEED people. I wan't people to learn. To Research. To google CPA networks and find what best suits them and their ways.

crak has very few offers that can be made into an app and therefor would have instantly shown the exact app I was making.

Was that because I was worried people would copy me? ... Hell no. I invite competition as it makes things more exciting.

But it means they wouldn't have LEARNED the basics of finding a good niche and building an app.

With respect to you ... you've never started a method or journey thread and until you do you have no idea how frustrating it is to try and help people for free who just don't listen or care one little bit and then make up shit about you just to get a virtual "high five" from other people who do the same.

I also notice you've made the same mistake a lot of people do and getting the Journey threads confused with the Money Making threads.

A journey thread does NOT HAVE TO TEACH. It's a journey, a story, a follow along with me type thing. It's important you know the difference between a Journey and a Method.

Regarding why I stopped the threads was because of my issue with the Super Mod.

His actions yesterday which some of you may have missed made it pretty clear that a "Donor" of the board means more to him then people who post "Methods" and "Journeys" to try and help it's members.

He is money driven and even when I called him up on it he didn't deny it.

I can't be a part of a forum where as long as you "Slip the owner a few bucks" the rules don't suddenly count for you.

I care to much about people actually making money to be ok with that.

There are 3 things to learn from this thread.

1.) The method

2.) How the community will respond when you start insulting other members. Which is against forum rules BTW.

I cleaned the thread yesterday because it all went off topic but I made those posts public again
so everyone can see how not to approach members who show a genuine interest in your thread.
And how senior members of this forum will not tolerate such behavior.

3.) What will happen if you make up your own story involving a staff member and post that in public

I had a a lengthy discussion yesterday with OP after I gave him a warning for his behavior.
In his opinion the members who reacted to that behavior should also be warned.
That is not for him to decide. Without his abusive response the posts in question would never have been posted.

He accused me and the owners of this forum of being biased against non Jr.Vips.
I explained that status does not influence my decisions.
He didn't agree which is okay since it was in private. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. And a member doesn't have to agree with mine.

But by venting his frustration in public and portraying himself as the victim
and me and all Jr.Vips and higher as the bad guys he made a big mistake.

Normally I do not explain my decisions in public but this is a classic example of how things go terribly wrong if
you don't show respect to your fellow members and the members of staff who guard the safety of this forum
for all members, new and senior.

So read and learn...

I actually had a private conversation with Darren and apologized to him (again) and tried to get him to understand that his actions were counterproductive to what he said he was trying to do.

I am a chemistry instructor and know how to teach people complicated concepts. The way he was acting when responding to simple questions by people was just wrong.

Anyway sorry to see him go as he did have some good knowledge but he did kind of deserved it wouldn't you say Unborn?
