Paypal Money Claimback by Customer Need Help Please

Hello thanks for reading first of all

I run a Mens Fashion Page selling stuff on Instagram, someone brought a pair of shoes from me and payment was through paypal I delivered the shoe and they got it too

But now they put in a claim on Paypal saying

• 27/02/2014 05:15 GMT - Buyer: the shoes that were delivered where not the proper size . I would like to return your item to get the proper size. the shoes received are to small. if that is not possible please let me know where i can send your product and you can return the funds. but would much rather have the shoes if possible..

What do I do ? Paypal is holding my money on hold at the moment and I delivered the right size and the person has worn the shoe and I do not wish to refund as I have no refunds policy in order

Any help by fellow Blackhatworld members please or any advice in future how to save myself from claim back people

Sometimes it's better to just refund shitty customers like this to keep your paypal account in good standing. Otherwise it's gonna cause all sorts of problems for you later on.

don't refund, get back your item again and after refund, post a comment on dispute, " Please return your item to get refund." Then you can get a chance to win, my advice do not refund to shitty customers.

That's a good idea, I will try that but what if they send via Signed for delivery for proof ?

Why can't you just get him the proper size? It sounds like he wants the product, just a size bigger. That's the problem with buying clothing online, is sometimes the sizes vary. By the way, that is what made Zappos such a success, they take returns and send back the correct size. JMHO.
