This is an interesting question. As far as i could see i think they only sue people who make applications which grant access posting on your wall, on your friends wall, getting password, like jacking and such. I don't think they would sue you for simple spamming out on your website because there are thousands of spammers like this.. Every photo has atleast few spam comments with websites
im pretty sure that was obvious.
you wont get sued if you do small time shit making $1 a day as opposed to 100k+ a month off fb spam
the same way you wont go to jail if you steal a 10 cent candy as opposed to robbing a bank

Those 3 people you know were they spamming big time for example x,xxx number of accounts? Or were they just your everyday spammer making 100-500$ a day?

Why you judge things by making money? They wont look in your affiliate comission in fact if you made such as applications which do like jacking, steal permissions to post on walls even if u made 10$ they will sue you lol. Don't look on things like that. Like i said, there are thousand of daily spammers which spam the shit for their website hoping to get some revenue, but those spammers which are getting sued are for different factors and they are: Account Thieves(getting passwords thru different applications by giving permissions and such), Like Jackers this is the same by adding invisible like button on ur website.

I beg to differ, if you're spamming on thousands of accounts making x,xxx a day then yes I do think there is a possibility of a law suit. Steal a bottle of water youll be off the hook, steal a million dollar diamond, you're in jail... IF YOU GET CAUGHT
lol they were making way more than 500 a day
over 100k a month
i did 25k in 3 days and got a c&d
dont run with cpalead
but this was back in the days like 2009

So you received 3 D&C emails? What did they said to you, did you replied to them or you stopped what you were doing, did you got banned on your main fb profile? Yes That's why i never use cpalead
I was reading the internet on cases like this and i found they would usually ban your main account and send you an email to quit doing it( C&D email) if you stop what you were doing it will be all rite

I don't think there should be any issue like this for small marketers who just want to earn small bucks. Don't know about the persons who are making $x,xxx just through FB.
