What do you guys think of the idea of this link building

1) Create review sites and get the content from your competitors and rewrite it uniquely not using software , im talking about human writting
2) use different c-class IP (if your site based in US and the review site IP based in UK) will this work?
3) leave the review sites for a while then start slowly doing link to your site

Will this method work? will this consider blackhat? how does Google reacts to those review sites

I'm not sure that taking competitors content and rewriting is a great money maker ... Unique content tends to make a lot more money.

builing your own review network fine .. Also make some web 2 with something like article wiz.

Yeah I agree, rewriting won't bring home the bacon. Instead try unique content writers to write for you. In addition with your own review network look for some quality guest blogging services and also don't miss tier 2 link building. Guest blogging will surely help you ranking good. The thing you need to take care of when practicing guest blogging is Quality, coz big G started hunting spam guest blogs and low quality contents. SO don't think of rewriting.

Guys, what I was thinking is that
build our own link building via website reviews, since these days so hard to get link that is relevancy. The purpose of this review sites just do the link building, will this work? but all this sites does not have backlinks only unique content and link to main sites

This method is OK, it can even be considered a tiered LB if you create some low quality links to the review sites

But regarding the content - don't just REWRITE your competitor's articles... make totally new stuff from those bad boys! I am talking about taking the facts/general ideas from those articles and creating something completely different. When judging subjective facts as color, shape, design etc. don't be shy and put your own perspective into it and making it something totally unique.

What i mean by rewrite is like you reading it then you create your own word not using SPIN the content when is done , i use copyscape to check if any of the content is close to any other site on the net and is none

What im asking is, is the method of getting the relevant backlinks is a good way of doing this method? the problem is those review sites is matured but no backlinks but giving backlinks to your site will it pass any juice?

Questions: any backlinks provider that anyone can recommend in BHW? if those review sites without backlinks will be worthless.

Yes. relevant backlinks will helps for sure. You mat get ranked for high quality content even without backlinks. But, backlinks are important for SEO why? because, Google will give more credit to website that have good number of quality backlinks.

How many links is good enough to make that page has some juice - i dont really care about getting it rank because all this page will link to main page
any suggestions? also any good reputable seller in blackhat anyone can recommend - if possible one time payment links

It is important that how many "quality links" you have rather than concentrating only on number of links.

I recommend you to build links as much as you can, but not more than 5 backlinks per day

so what you are talking about is building a niche related sites with unique content (taken and rewritten from competitors). no matter where you took those articles, as far as they are unique, but readable too, and link to your site, they will give you juice. I would leave then for a while and point some backlinks toward them in order to gain PR&DA, and only then link to my site. So overall, it is a good idea, and exactly what you need for your SERP.

Content of a money site must be copyscape 100% and readable. So this way potentially to get better rank at Google.

This depends on a targeted keyword that you want. There is no formula about how backlinks you need to get top rank at Google. You need to continuously build backlinks toward to your money site until you see result which you want.
