I joined as a SEO analyst in a company 3 years back, I worked hard and made huge profit to my boss, I usually work 15 hours a day for that company, but I was not treated as a senior employee, my boss have no respect on me and he never gives me freedom.
One day I was out with my friends to forget all my work pressure, but my boss didn't like that, he scolded me in front of all other employees (what would you do if you were in my shoe?) and after couple of days I was fired from that company. I was helpless and have no money, don?t know what to do.
I get few SEO projects from my friends help; I worked hard and earned good profit and with that profit, yesterday I started a small SEO company. I am sure that I will treat all my employees as my partners (bcoz I know the pain of treating employees like a slave) and make a good environment to them
I believe in my hard work and I will get success, Am very happy now, but I know that I have to work hard to reach my goal of success!

That is the right attitude. People that realize their business wouldn't exist without their employees are the ones that have happy employees which results in a well oiled machine. Once you take them for granted it all falls apart. Every single person in a company, from the receptionist answering phones to your top sales guys all play an important role. Treat them like family and with respect and in return they will respect you back and work twice as hard. It also doesn't hurt to pay them well while keeping the office kitchen stocked with food and red bull
