Suggestions on Instant Approval PPI Networks?

Are their any instant approval PPI network sites besides MediaKing? I'm looking for a PPI Network I can get accepted right away but I'd also like to be able to bundle a exe file. With Mediakings I'm not able to do that. Could anyone list PPI Networks here that you trust that I don't have to wait for approval, I'd like to get started right away, Thanks..

Thanks alot for the recommendation, though I might have to rethink this.. I just planned on giving away free or trial software's, from my site though after reading the FAQ on aMonetize looks like they prescreen the software's or I could be wrong maybe thats just to get accepted. I'm not a software developer, so would I be able to just use random software and bundle? also Should I have a certain amount of traffic or does that not matter?

On amonetize you don't actually need software, just give name to their download manager. I got accepted on RY instantly when i signed up. And you can use some random software from sourcefourge for example, if you don't have your own.
