IP Banned

So my phone's cellular connection can't access BHW because it says the administrator has banned my IP address (AT&T LTE) and I have to switch airplane mode off and on like 5 times to get access.


Anybody know why?

I think because on mobile(cell) phones, you don't get a permanent IP address, they change over a certain period. (Not sure what). So if someone has sued that IP in the past for BHW in the past and been banned, then you try and use the IP he/she used, it'll still be banned.
You may be able to call your phone/ISP and see if they will refresh your IP address or something.

Strange, I never used mobile for opening any websites, I always use portable device and make it wifi from my mobile. Hope to see some solution here for you

You mean to the IP you accessed BHW from on your Cell-Phone was banned by BHW in the past ? As far as i know, cell-phones use Dynamic IP and they keep changing everytime you switch on and off your Internet on your cell-phone. So if one IP address has been banned you just have to switch on and off your internet and you will get a new IP. Did that worked for you ?
