My first attempt at churn and burn

I've received a lot of help here over the past couple weeks and feel ready to try out churn and burn for the first time. If all goes well I'll post some info on what I tried.

My final question and concern is BlackHat vs Illegal. From what I gathered most of what I want to do is BlackHat. For example, hire link building service for mass links and another service for social signals.

I'm in the US, is there anything that is Illegal from the services I may request that I'm not aware of?

Only thing that would be illegal is actually going in and hacking websites. If you're just building links and social signals, that won't be an issue.

Don't buy hacked links.

As long as you avoid hacking/malware etc, your generally going to be in a "legal" grey area. At least for now. I suspect one day soon we will see linkspam lumped in with email spam, etc, however, as the wild-wild-web is "Civilized" a little further.

I don't think link spamming will ever be illegal,if so,you spam the shit of competitors and they get fined.Does that makes sense to you?

Good luck with your churn and burn attempt. As others have stated, as long as you aren't hacking websites or stealing anything and are just adding links where the site owners allow you to add links then everything should be fine.

There's a big difference between 'Blackhat', 'Illegal' and 'Unethical'.

Some of the tactics here may tick off your ethical sensibilities. But once you spend some time online, you'll realize every business, from Facebook to Twitter to Microsoft, was based on some shady tactics.

It's the same with Blackhat.

Yea as long as you don't used hacked links you'll be fine.

Most SEO services though don't typically offer hacked links, as things like SQL injections etc. are typically left to the blackest of black hatters which won't offer this service publicly.

Don't worry mate. Blackhat is not illegal completely. Just go through the offerings made by a SEO service and you will be fine.
Hacked links are not sold everywhere. Just make sure you know what you are ordering and what you are doing.

start investing time and effort on your sites and you will see your SEO resuts will be different
