I bought a shared hosting and I paid it 3 days ago (the 9th). I paid it two times because I thought I haven't. But it shows yet that I have a pending invoice and I can't access to my cpanel. I sent a ticket first day, but it hasn't been replied yet. Could you please check it? Unpaid invoice is #494494.

Edit: only 20 minutes later it's resolved and everything working ok

sorry for the inconvenience there is some issue with PayPal API so are not receiving payment notification directly to our billing system

If you're looking for offshore vps, go with these guys. Extremely cheap service and great customer support not to mention the upgrade has tremendously sped up my site. I occassionally experience downtimes with them but never longer than a few minutes and the support team (Dimitar) is really helpful. He helps me with issues having to do with my wordpress and always provide explanations to what the problem is so I can avoid in the future. I recently upgraded my vps and papi_ji took it upon himself to migrate all my sites for me and it only took a few minutes. Since I'm not very technical savvy, I really appreciate the support this service has.

if you want to just embed the videos then you can buy simple shared hosting, but if you want to host the video files directly on your web site then you need a good vps or dedicated server

vps will be with limited storage of like upto 100GB , however in dedicated server we can provide you any amount of storage, like 1TB 8TB 16TB or what ever you require, let me know your exact requirement

I like your service and im happy! Sometimes the loading times are a bit slow, but i think thats okay for this cheap price

What is your advice if i get shared hosting and put adult site and PPD site? should i get 2 shared hosting offer? since the site will be new, i know they will not take too much of the resources.. what if after a time that it increase, will you help me move my site to better server for higher service like VPS cause dont know how to set up VPS.

Does it have ioncube installed? sorry again only basic knowledge

ion cube is there and you can add adult and PPD content , regarding migration from shared hosting to VPS we will do it free when ever you want to upgrade
