atleast you will need a vps with 3gb ram.

try 400 if you want SSD or 200 if you want SATA.

i was getting 20mbps but you are really toooooooo slow. (customer support told me tere is a problem in internet connection of phoenix server )

well that is what i was getting. now my speeds are about the same as yours as of today. when i was on the phoenix server, speeds were blazing. i was in the 200s with everything. good service and all though. quick to reply with the support tickets.
