As for the 1:3 ratio... I've got a 6% return rate from your site so far. It's still new, I understand. Not judging, just pointing out. I've sent 106 clicks and received 6. I look fwd to watching you guys grow. I really recommend having a gallery section. Your site is still a bit confusing and unorganized. Regardless, thanks.

the site is still new getting new members each day, more members more traffic

also the more posts you create the more exposure you will get,so, more clicks

some posts will get more attention than others, make your posts look attractive.

you should also link, your post to a inner page instead of the homepage, for example if you have a page with a gallery "top 10 sexiest women" you can create a post and link it to that page, if you see what i mean.

for now our main point is to grow the site, so that everyone get a good return ratio, i dont want to use any bots to increase traffic like some other site do, i prefer to leave it grow with real traffic. after that we will implement new features, like geo targeting

to all people registering:

many have registered, but some haven't created any posts yet, in order to get traffic you need to create a widget and place it on your site, and you need to create some post, otherwise its pointless to register.

you dont see the points in the webmaster area, you will just get the traffic

you need to create a widget, then add it to your site

after that you can create some posts

Maybe it's all a bit complicated. Creating widgets, writing posts, etc. I wouldn't believe an offer to send me three times the amount in return.
