I bought an expired domain 10 days ago, it had a good backlink profile (nothing fancy, no black hat). Basically the site was ranking for 2 mortgage KWs so that's why I bought a domain, wasn't expecting any visitors.
Finally GoDaddy transferred it (domain) to me today so I've set the WP and installed Jetpack. The site just have a logo and a welcome page, nothing else. Five minutes later I clicked to see if there are any visitors and noticed 12 Uvs in just 5 minutes on an empty domain.
People are coming from Google, Linkedin, some other sites...I guess this site is not going to PBN Might visit Flippa in a couple of months if I get some more steady traffic there

12 visitors yes maybe more but after instaling GA on your site you'll see if they are real ones or just bots, anyway just build a site and see maybe it will make you money on flippa

Of course no bots. This was a domain for a huge US mortgage company, but they changed their name and dropped a domain. I am filling the site with high quality content atm, and hopefully Google will keep me No.1 for the keywords I already rank for. No BH SEo done whatsoever

do not add new content , first get all old content back (but play it safe )

I can't upload old content (I mean I can, but I don't want) because the old content is the company overview and their services, I can't post that

Site ranks for 2-3 mortgage keywords on the page one (spots 1 and 2). Not a high volume KWs but enough to get between 100 and 200 UVs a day. Someone even posted a comment (I deleted it) asking how they can get a mortgage loan with us

No bots, real people we are ranking for a keyword that have around 2K exact searches/month on the spot No.1 and a couple of similar KWs as well. People also come from other sites where there are links pointing to my site.
It was a domain of the company, the name of the company contains words "home" and "mortgage" and that's why I bought this domain cause I knew it will be easier to rank for similar keywords since the site is already ranked for something in this niche.
