Everything crusher said about this service is true.
I submitted a very demanding order for 5x20 = 100 web properties, and they came through as promised. Every group of 20 were on unique, high-PR web2.0 websites with unique hand-written content and a picture, just as promised.
For those who hate writing and setting up accounts but are fanatical about their SEO, this is an extremely solid service. It is very useful to have all the logins so as to be able change up the anchors or add more posts. The pages themselves (on the high-pr web2.0 sites) were "virgin" (i.e. no backlink profile), so you can build up the backlinks on these properties if you wish.

TAT: 9/10. Was delivered in the promised TAT via email though I didn't get it. Later, got it via pm and all good
Communication: 10/10. Op is very friendly and answers questions quickly.
Price: 10/10. Absolute steal comparing the quality.
Quality: 9/10. I received 20 web 2.0 properties. All are of very high pr. Op used some rarely used properties as well. Each and every property is heavily customized, e.g. changed theme, custom header added, different link placement. Each property has 1x300+ words unique content. Ranking went up by at least 2 spots for all 3 targeted keywords after using this service.
The stick rate is reasonable though. 2 out of 20 are deleted.
Overall: 9/10. Excellent service at a very affordable price. This service will be added to my every month SEO routine.
