Hi BHW. I want to delve into churn and burn websites but my research only shows how to create them; I can't find information on how to monetize them. I figured that Adsense will work on these types of sites (please correct me if I'm wrong), if the keyword has a high-enough CPC. What other methods can I monetize a churn and burn website? Thanks in advance!

It depends on the niche. Some keywords like weightloss buy words make a few hundred daily if you can reach the top of the serps. A good way to test for a conversions is by spending some money on adsense for your niche before you start ranking for Churn and Burn.

I would be careful using adsense as you could get banned or they might not pay....not sure on this but it just seems like an easy way to get banned from adsense

Ye ditto this. Google will ban your account like yesterday if you're churning to get the traffic.

Lead gen is probably the best way especially in the UK market. It's not just payday loans that make decent payouts!!!

Google adsense is definitely not a good idea for churn and burn unless you have bunch of adsense accounts that you are ready to burn too.

Plenty of affiliate networks for churn and burn sites... Why Adsense when you can make $70 per sale...

Any recommendations? I hear ClickBank the most but are there any other good options?

We have some top converting products in our affiliate program (phen375, green coffee, etc...) pm me and I'll send you the details and the link..

I personally use affiliate networks for churn and burn sites. You can try with Launch jacking as well.

Thanks for all the replies. Actually, I don't have an adsense account. hehe. Will try those affiliate programs.

Adsense? Not a good choice to be honest. CPA or cps will be a good way to monetize.

Isn't your approach upside-down?

I start by seeing an opportunity, and then deciding how to leverage it - which often does end in putting online a website with a short-term view in mind, to make cash while it ranks and not care how long it lasts, ie, 'churn and burn'.

Do you have a best practice for finding a affiliate product to monetize?

Adsense has to be your worst option. Go for affiliate.

Your best bet is to find a couple CPA networks that will work with you and put you in touch with an affiliate manager. CJ and AdSense are too likely to ban you for using churn-and-burn sites.

HAHAHA. Sorry man, t'was the first thing that came into my mind. I don't have adsense though. :D
