Call Termination Voip Equipment

Hi guys, I have a "friend" earning money with Call Termination system trought Voip equipment , he sell the minutes for the cell phone card on low price , he is a Internet Telephony Service provider. He's earnings are really high about 1k a day and is just at the start .
Is a profitable method but don't know how to start yet. I wonder if someone here is in this business ? If yes can anyone guide me trought this Call Termination system ?

I heard also very good storys from my AM which tells me a lot about the other clients of the company. I wanna get into this business so BAD, because i already know a little bit how to set this up.
Only problem will be to change your SIM cards after the credit or minutes are gone. I also dont know how to find someone who will buy my minutes or call termination.

You need to understand that this business is kinda difficult and you need technical knownledge.

Concept is simple,

A)Prepare your termination box.
-Subscribe or use your current internet connection.
-buy your voip gsm gateway like these: goto ebay and search "gsm voip gateway"
-buy sim cards and free call packages from different GSM provides
-preferably build a server for asterix to utilize in-provider calls better.
-this can also be done with land line just with a different gateway (search e-bay)

B)Find a company who buys minutes.
-go to Google :"we buy minutes"

I'm trying to understand exactly what this is...

Are you in essence becoming a small pre-paid cellular service provider and "loading" the minutes on a home server?

How is it providing service to consumers?

Break this down a little bit for me if you don't mind. This is very interesting and I think I have the technical skills to be able to implement something like this.

So who are these networks/providers? Cricket? At&T? That's the part I'm not getting. Doo you join them as an affiliate?
