- are these SB accounts YOURS or do u (can u) open new accounts for me?
- if they're yours - for how long are those SB posts kept?
- if they're yours - how many accounts are we talking about? how do u spread the SB posting into all accounts? 100% of the URLs in 1 of your accounts? each URL in a separate accounts? any random combination?

A. The accounts are mine, however I can open new accounts for you as well for extra fees.

A. I have two accounts on all SB sites. I use only one for submission of task. That is 100% URL goes into one account in each SB site.

Although you asked this from my customers but I would like to answer and throw some light on this as well, as I like to be clear and fair for what I offer.
SB is great specially for new content or pages on your site as they get them indexed and noticed in SE in short span of time, mostly in hours. As you know that SB sites push the links further down their list as time pases so you can't expect long term value from these links. But nevertheless they are not harmfull and won't get your sites banned, infact they will have a positive impact on your site.
