Already in touch with you on Skype regarding this. They are fine for use with GSA, but read my terms. I recommend to set GSA to only post once per domain.

Firstly, please don't post in black as most of us have the default gold/black theme running and thus can't read your text.

Assuming I could find you 25k IP's which would be a pretty massive feat, but may be possible, pricing would be $2.00 per IP due to costs of obtaining this many IPs, plus I'd need to charge a setup fee of about $500. It would take 2 to 3 months to obtain the required IPs, pricing would have to be upfront. Let me know if you have $50,500 to spend. Payment would have to be via TT only.

My proxies have static ports, they don't change, not sure what you mean by port lifetimes.
