one question though, of pumper sites work as you say, why the need for three packages if you can only use 1-3 kws anyway

I mean if they work then I would be inclined to go for the smallest package as it would do the same job- of I was getting more kws per package then I could understand

1-3 keywords is just a recommendation. You can use more keywords if you want but bear in mind that the more keywords you use, it will dilute the link juice.

We add a least 300 words of unique content. Some have contact. No privacy pages at the moment.

Ok all, listen up all - the only way to know on many of these services if they are legit and can do what they CLAIM they can do (within a reasonable margin of SAFETY/LOW RISK PROCESS - to your money site), is to test them out. I am doing so. I just purchased the LARGE package here at 20% and will be using it against one of my sites that I have done NO link building or outside SEO on (CLEAN TEST). Site is roughly 3-4 months old (maybe 5 I forget), but regardless has a ton of image/caption content (it's a photo-blog). More than enough current and steadily added non-spun content to be indexed and have it's own rank for a few long tails in the SERPs right now.

I will post here AFTER the service is performed and dripped for roughly 60 days to let everyone know just how A) Badass this service is,... B) Mediocre this service is (in the new Google Full Frontal Assault on SEO ERA),... or C) How lame this service is.

Just so everyone knows my strategy, I chose only 3 keywords (did not dilute the link juice at ALL), and they had a monthly search # / competition ranking of:

49500 0.88
27100 0.14
22200 0.72

...respectively. So if the service gets me top 3 for even one, you can bet I'll be doing cartwheels. I think it might be a steep climb to make this, but...

Here's how it works, the first Tier of the package is delivered first (pumper sites), and then indexed through natural methods over the course of another week or two. After that, the seller starts laying down the layers of Tier2, Tier 3 and Tier4 in a randomized fashion (this is good logic in the new ERA of 'Google KILLS-EVERYTHING-REMOTELY-WEIRD-SEO' so I am for this process).

I had some questions about indexing which I emailed directly back to the seller after receiving my Tier1 report in Excel format (well-written, lots of info - pumper sites are very good domains with a LOT of authority and also have good web reputation/ergo very hard I would think for Google to granularly de-index/de-weight).... any way, shot these questions over email. Within about 5 minutes I got a response with all the answers I needed from the seller. Good communication. Very responsive so far.

That's my report thus far. Will ping in again as I get more updates, more Tier/page reports, and as I measure SERPs movements as they come.
