Well looks like a throw away sites is good for this. Will it work for a brand new sites ( buy new domain and create a new sites). Does it also get the same result with your service? It may not for long time branding but surely worth for traffic/affiliate marking in my view. Hope OP will answer my question.

so far its going well with most rankings however it isn't as good as direct mass spam. some people should start posting some reviews soon. I'll chase them up.
not sure what you mean, this is risky as its blackhat, but you aren't just throwing money away, if you are smart you can get a good ROI with these sort of links.

it varies from each package and each site, this is mass spam so its not all about the quality. about 5-20k unique domains normally show up in ahrefs.

so far none of the sites have been penalised, it actually works best with sites already ranking and gives them a nice boost. Any SEO package you buy here will be the same, even if it says its 100% whitehat it isn't as any building of backlinks to manipulate search results is blackhat and you always run a risk. because this is mass spam you run a higher risk however the tinyurl buffer does make it a lot safer.
for brand new sites I would recommend building links directly to the site with your anchor text or maybe even direct mass spam as one tinyurl link gives a lot of power but google doesn't always know where to direct all that power.
you can't change the redirection on a tinyurl, if you want to remove the link all you can do is disavow it. and yes the rankings would drop as the linkjiuce will be gone.
the tool shouldn't matter, it should only matter if you are trying to replicate my service. But I use GSA Search Engine Ranker, however you can't just buy GSA SER and be able to make links like these, it takes time and experience to be able to get to a point where it can be done quickly.
