Poor Conversion Rate - it is a problem

I am looking for your help, I'm not sure where I have messed up. I have an adult tube site with about ten thousand views a month. I've attempted to monetize it with a number of affiliate programs, but the most successful so far (in terms of clicks per thousand) has been chaterbate. Still though, I have a 15 day period with 250+ clicks and NO conversions!!!

Any suggestions on what I may be doing poorly? May I be attracting the wrong audience (my niche is asian, most Chaterbaters are caucasian)?

I also have a 60% bounce rate. Could this be a symptom of my problem? My traffic comes from other asian sites (japanese porn, thai porn, asian porn ect...).

that would be a very easy solution, but where would I be in life if I asked my Mommy to get me every job I've ever had in my life, learning means getting out of your comfort zone...

hey, sure thing. So you think that my poor conversion rate is due to a bad choice in affiliate (btw, chaterbate is one of 7 affiliates ive tried)? Thats the kind of advice I was looking for. Thanks!

I'm too curious not to ask... why were you sarcastic? I'm kindly asking for advice, which is what this forum revolves around right?... helping each other out. Looking for a little help from the experienced members.

I understand that Jr.VIPs are trying to make a positive impression so they can be promoted to Executive VIP. Why then, would a Jr. VIP (above) make a negative comment to a member who is just asking advice with no strings attached? I figure the the Jr.VIP would just disregard the post before risking his promotion, but he obviously felt so strongly as to comment. Input?

As stated before, adult niche in general is hard to monetize, and 10k/mo is not a traffic to even mention when seeing how untargeted and bad your traffic is...

Tube sites are mainly used by people just looking for a clip or two to jack off - they're not going to convert into paying customers easily. That's your problem.

Horrendous bounce rate, which just means that people visiting your site are not even using your site - and you wonder why you make no sales?

Try to split test with different offers from different affiliate like crakrevenue or adult dating cpa and see how things go.
If nothing converts go with plug rush or juicy ad's and make something out of your traffic something is better than nothing.
Or if your website is receiving good traffic sell traffic banner spaces,adult backlinks on fiverr or any other marketplace to make some extra cash.

Great, thanks for the cpa advice. I'll probably split test manually by changing affiliates per day, but is there significant value in a coded split that changes the affiliate per visitor, like a random number generator?

Well, 10k visitors per month is not large traffic in adult. Adult converts really bad, you should remember this.
Do you have common adult or some niche? Niche traffic converts better with relevant ads.
