youtube account with 40 million views

Hello, I have a legit youtube account with more than 40 million views,and averages around 3 million views a month and i making more than $1000 a month.the reason why i am not making a lot becuase the views are from russia,turkey,ukraine and georgia. I'm wondering if there is a way to make more money?

Make more videos. Make them in English if they already aren't. It really depends on your traffic, but you can put some link to a website/clickbank product/something else in your description.
