Welcome back - the only suggestion for your guys - i am not saying its bad , but to get more active publishers -just improve your support - make quick support system ( respond them asap - interact with publishers - send msg to inactive members etc)

I also very much appreciate you taking the time to leave a suggestion, they're what drive improvement. So here is what we've done on that front
We now have a 2 tier Support System.

You can use either method, as you suggested. If you want to send a quick message to us for whatever reason, perhaps its overnight or perhaps you don't have time to chat.
We have a support ticket system where you submit a ticket from within the dashboard and we write you back ASAP.

Or if you're looking for live support and want to connect with someone, you can contact our AM's via Skype, Voice, or AIM - whichever you prefer.

We know that the norm is to choose one method or another but I think the best way to provide support is the way that works for the individual Affiliate. So, if tickets or emails work for you, we have that covered now. If live and direct chat is preferred, we're there for that as well

Please feel free to keep the suggestions coming. It was suggestions that actually resulted in us putting both in place

really like your attitude .. Just have to figure out if it's worth getting back into .. I like the fast payments because we put our money and time out there so you like to see it come back just as fast.

Still no insta-pay payment. Don't see how it differs from any other network, such as AWM which pay within minutes of me submitting a ticket (high traffic volumes).

Switched for a few days to rest the insta-pay and I'm getting promised something different from Peter and Justin, my AM.

Hi Snckr,

I did reply via PM and let you know that we offer a really unique feature of instapay where you can cash out anytime you want and we immediately process then pay within 24 hours (one request per month, not for bi-weekly users and a cap of $100 the first time, $250 thereafter). I know that you prefer it take minutes or be faster than 24 hours but in fairness, all other networks simply pay you on a set date (net 15, net 30 etc). We offer something where we also pay you on your set date but allow you cashout whenever you want once a month and ask for 24 hours to get payment to you. I know that isn't fast enough for your liking but its the quickest we can go as we have to verify the earnings (no issues) send over to payment in queue and issue the funds.

Since the issue has been addressed and we're still within 24 hours, please hang on tight. To be fair to others, the moderators and users on this thread, I think we can continue via PM if you have suggestions or anything further to add

Update: Snckr was told that his request would take 24 hours to process (where we delivered a very early payment with $0 fees). The payment has now been delivered and it took less than 24 hours to do so. Snckr, from the multiple displeased posts within minutes and hours of issuing the request (which came into our systems after business hours) I realize that 24 hours is not to your liking and I certainly wish we could move even faster but I do think its still very quick considering that industry standards are net 30, net 15 etc and CPAlead issued your payment within hours of a request, with no fees at all and about 20 days ahead of schedule

To me, the overall view is simple:
The goal of an Affiliate is to generate as much revenue as possible.
The 24/7 job of the network is and will always be to facilitate Affiliates generating as much revenue as possible.

If you're willing to get back into it, know that you'll have everything you had before and much much more. Things are 100% clear in our goal and we have so many more features here to support you.

Absolutely, Adult traffic is 100% ok when using our adult tools and inventory. We've made it easy on the back end as well, when you create a tool, our system will ask you if its adult or not

A: Your exact methods are your own. This is akin to trade secret information in my opinion and I know how sensitive niches, methods and the like are to Affiliates so we don't force an open or public discussion. Suffice to say that your methods are your own but if you go out and do something illegal that lands CPAlead in hot water, it doesn't bode well for anyone (see above comments on violating state / federal laws etc).

Funny you mentioned this. I've been trying to get on weekly (Without paying fees!) for a long time now. Justin keep telling me they need to check "lead qualities" our traffic is pure SEO, it doesn't get more qualified than this. Right now our traffic is currently split between, Adworkmedia, Cleanfiles, and just like two or three sites going to CPALead. Most of our traffic is going to Cleanfiles which is clearly just a broker using your offers and even though we know and understand this we are force to use them because they pay us on weekly basics.

Weekly payments are really important for us as we need to keep reinvesting in new designs, SEO, etc. I love everything about CPAlead from the lottery ticket to the awesome customizable file/link lockers. Justin told me to contact him around the 7th of next month, but if you could pull some strings to get us on weekly faster, we will start sending all of our traffic to your network.

The biggest reason was lack of weekly payments (I'm not even considering the 20% fee one ), as we really need those! But with these prizes you are promising, and weekly payments, we will def direct all of our traffic to CPALead as soon as we get approved!

The ability to edit the Header should still be there We have the classic CSS editor that gives you full control as well as the new CSS Wizard that allows for easier customization.
