No I would not waste my time signing up to Skype as it is a security issue and a waste of time. I very much doubt my computers are going to get hacked by posting in the lounge.

No, I did a search just to see if you were actually telling the truth and it displayed 20 pages, the maximum number of pages vBulletin displays.
However, I'm interested about your 'security' issue you found in Skype. I've spent my share of time on Wireshark and there's not a whole lot of ground breaking vulnerabilities I can see.
You will probably find when you divide the amount of posts by the amount of days I have been using BHW for, those couple of posts a day do not really take up too much of my time.
It is all really about weighing things up. You see Skype does have security issues, and many do not trust it. Now is it really worth my time to put Skype on my computer to join a group of people (who most will be clueless in the group anyway), and risk my business and computers? When I weigh it all up I think it is probably not worth it.

The group is focused on IM & SEO but sometimes I will update the "Topic" so the group as a whole can discuss something particular. This keeps the group talking and active and allows us to share ideas and methods across multiple topics/fields.
