I don't see what your problem is. No hacking is required.

Call godaddy tell them someone stole your domain. Have them check the origonal credit card or whatever that registered the account talk to them and tell them you want your account back.

BTW: If your lawyer was any good this should have taken less than 24hours to resolve. I suggest you get a better lawyer.
