am I allowed to resell a product?

Hey bhw,
I'm not very sure, that's why I have to ask.
if I bought a tool from a bhw s3ller but I don't need anymore, can I s3ll my license ? the price will be -20% lower. I bought it 1 week ago or so, but the seller do not offering refund.

You need the owner/programmer's permission before selling it.

I think you can, if there is no restrictions on resell.

but its better for u to tell why u dont like this tool, instead of lowering the price to resell.
