Affiliateer does, but you don't get any money off it. But it does initially show it. I got accepted to MaxBounty today - and what would you know? iFrame block.

hwolfpack6, Try using the ipod shuffle ad by affiliateer. Its a larger one to iframe but instead of saying "email" say "contact info". I got a few hits and one lead so far. Its possible his one didnt get around iframe.

I do a Double Meta Refresh.

yup but thing is CJ doesnt let blank referer, so maybe its better to: meta refresh and then fake the referer on the second ?

I don't know much about MR and faking the referrer, to be honest. Try a google/forum search.

i mean i 'think i know' so just want to point it out, that the technique is decent but for example in cj may bring a bit of risk. id go with MR then redirect to faked ref.

Dont forget for anyone doing this, a common CL tactic: DO NOT set up an autoresponder for this or any other CL post reply. When you autorespond your ad will get flagged sooner. So let it accumulate replies for about an hour, then mass reply.

You will have to reply individually.
I recommend Mozilla's Thunderbird program. You can open all the replies at once, and just copy>paste>send each message in a few min.
