How to pick country for external IP in Tor

Hello! My first post!

I have been trying how to configure tor so I can pick which country the IP number is located but I cannot seem to find anything good. Some people say you can choose by picking a server name from the view network list which I did and then alter the torrc file in settings which I tried but to no avail. I might be doing something wrong. If anyone knows how to do it I would greatly appreciate it.

Google search for "Musk surf" . Easy to install. Use tor and find desire country.

See force tor to use only .us relays (or your country) .....
