Over 100,000 members. What next?

Hello everyone,

I now have over 100,000 members on my social media exchange website follow4follow.com

What would you suggest I do to take it to the next level? I want to be at the same rate as addmefast and youlikehits. I'm just having growing pains with getting it to the next level.

Currently its getting 300-400 signups /day but that has been flatline for about 6 months! So i would like to improve this to 1k signups a day and as a result revenue would follow

I would invest ~$10k into CRO. Do some proper A/B testing at all stages of your funnel. If you don't know what you are doing, hire an expert.

You need to be a registered member to get to that page. As a result you would have to be logged in to view the correct page.

I use the 'hellobar' at the top for new techniques. I've just changed it today for another offer.

400 is great and im very happy with it. However, we you get stuck at that point for 6 months it becomes very frustrating as i cant seem to break beyond it

Perhaps start using bots to mass follow/unfollow/favourite etc on social media sites might work a bit but you want to stay under their radar obviously. How did you get most of your existing users?

Yes I think that is a good idea. I might have to put a large investment into a whole new set up as the script I have at the moment is quite limiting.

Do something different than addmefast. If you want to win the black hat crowd, add black hat exchanges. For example, exchange YouTube thumbs down. That would be one of the first on the market of its type, giving you a big advantage and media attention over the others.

Yeah everything has been done correctly and organically. The great thing about the website is that it has a solid foundation across the social media sector. Lots of videos have been made by the users, tweets have been done. For some reason I just cant break this next barrier

I'm capturing about 70% of new users. I guess i just need MORE traffic and i need the current users to come back everyday. Thats where my drop off is
