Hey people,

I'm starting my first black hat project with real strong competition. Al the top 8 competitors have aged domains with quality backlinks. I would be happy with a top 5 spot within 6 months. I have an almost exact domainname, that also have a good ring to it for the customers. It is for dutch google.

My plan of attack.
1. Build a good website with 40 pages with 300+ words of unique quality content.
2. Analyse the backlinks of the competition with Majestic and exchange (ABC) links with them. I have enough domains that aren't connected in any way to do this.
3. Buy 10 aged domains (DA 25+), put them on different hosting and build nice websites. Write 10 unique pages for the websites and dripfeed links with GSA. One link on each website points to the money site.
4. Do some old school tiered linkbuilding on a small scale (like 5 web 2.0)

Will this be a good approach or am I missing out on something?

Is social, like twitter and google+ important? Will videos be of any help?

I'd love to hear some ideas! Thanks in advance...

I would avoid plan 2 and get going with rest. I am sure this would be enough.

How many keywords and how many exact MS on google.nl

1 ad at least 1500+ uni article to main page. (2-3% keyword density)
2 make innerpages with your sec keyword etc (www.mainkeyword.nl/mainkeyword1) first rank the lower ms / longtail keywords
3 Onpage should be 100%
4 Ad at least 2000 web 2.0's for link diversity, use brand, naked domain and important use your google author ship name for the url's
5 Only use max 3% mainkeyword for your High PR links

I work on the same project, MS 15k target google.nl very high comp, the big one are in the top 5 like phi*ips, ik&a, and besl*st.nl

Keep me updated

Do you mean that your first blackhat project has real strong competition, or that this is your first blackhat project that has real strong competition?

The search term had 12.000 unique searches per month in google.nl

@martin. Will 2000 web 2.0 not be overdoing it? It would be really easy for google to figure out what I'm doing.

@sssworld. The services of my company are excellent and we are constantly trying to improve witht the feedback we get from our customers

@tony_d. I have been using the more standard link building (a lot of guestblogging and outreach) with a little automation to spice things up for some time now. But this will be the toughest one yet.

Just go hard at it :) there's not much that you can't rank with a combination of good quality 2.0's and SAPE links. That's literally 90% of my 'magic formula' for pretty much everything I'm currently ranking :)
