Can wordpress take down my site?

Hello,
I'm building a TV shows website with a wordpress script. My hosting company is offshore and ignores DMCA and my domain is .eu from internetbs. Can wordpress take down my site since I'm using their script?

They probably could if they really wanted to, but I highly doubt that. I wouldn't worry about it.

Wordpress cannot take down your site . Your host & original content owner can claim a takedown.

The chances of this are happening are very low.

If your site ever got a lot of unwanted attention from the police, the hosting company would probably remove your site from their hosting before WP even gets a chance to make a move. WP is used by millions maybe even billions, they probably aren't even going to even see your site.

I'd be more worried about your so called offshore hosting company, they may ignore DMCA before you send them any money, but I bet they soon have a change of heart once you've sent them money.

if you're hosting it on your own then probably not. As long as it's nothing extremely illegal. I don't think they'd care about tv shows.

wordpress don't do this & don't take down your website. (my current warez website is wordpress too)

but .eu take down your website easily , for example this domain seized by UK's Police : http://myfreemp3.eu

if you want work in warez world, you must have a Safe Domain & Hosting:

1) Domain
first, use can use .com & .net & .org or any other domain,
when your traffic increased, then you can forward your domain to another domains, like .se .nl .ru & ....

2) Hosting,
just search in google: https://www.google.com/search?q=ignore+dmca+hosting
