Make $1 A Day? For real?

Where I live (Ecuador) the minimum wage is $340/month.

The country with the lowest GDP/Capita is Congo with an AVERAGE of $347.45/Year.

2nd worst is Zimbabwe at $349.61/Yr

juan dalla a day is three hundred, sixty five dallas a year. U get juan dalla bonus on leap year. (read with hispanic accent)

Right now at least a billion people live on less than $2 a day in cash income. Less than $10 a day is a personal income that can offer survival (and is expected) in many countries. People can get online through a shared computer or mobile phone or tablet. Likewise, believe it or not, hobos sometimes find just enough success online getting out of abject poverty.

For anyone starting out (which is a huge chunk of the people reading "guides"), they're both more likely to try something "realistic" and less demanding... definitely with a huge concern for it being within their resources (scared shitless about investing money)... and it might be helpful towards breaking out of the mental prison they are currently in re: making money online.

So it's a case of giving the market (readers) what they want.

There really is a much smaller audience for people who are serious about earning money, already make a full-time income, and want more. It's a smaller population -and- one less in need of hand-holding -and- one where the personal situations and remedies vary more. (That's why there are consultants of all kinds in the US and UK and so on specifically for this crowd, and they charge richly for personalized one-on-one advice and research.)

Some miserable people...

If you go around in my area and collect bottles/cans for recycling, you should make at least $10 a day.

I was going to share that method in a separate thread

Can I ask how old are you?

Sure, I'm 22. What's the relevancy of my age? Pretending to be very proper and being incapable of humor is more immature than being comfortable with yourself. I'm not running for President anytime soon.

If it was not for $1/day for several months, i would not be here
In fact i would not be anywhere on internet

I'm starting to see this is a common trend here. My point wasn't that making a $1.00 a day or starting out small is a bad thing. I was saying it's not a goal IMO. A goal is a sustainable income that compliments your lifestyle.

In regards to the other responses so keen on turning this into a negative thing:

In the end this is just my opinion
, not a solid fact or something that should upset people...I say people should value their time more, and the response is "Fuck this proseo show guy, I like making 1 dollar" lol... That's fine with me, but it doesn't satisfy my hunger. My bad for setting the bar a little higher than the ground =\

I am in the US, I'll always go for a $1 a day recurring passive revenue steam.

Once you build it, it just sets there sucking up money from the web and sending it to you.

But that is not even the real reason to shoot for $1 a day.

The real reason to do it is so that you start the learning process, and move from reading to doing.

Sometimes is easier to make $1 than $0. Have you thought about mass producing? Imagine if a method is so simple and effective that generates you $1 a day, and in 1 day you can build 50 of those. How much will you make after 7 days?

That insignificant $1 now becomes $2,450 a week. But hey not everyone here has a business mind.
$3,500 per week!

Okay wtf. If they pulled in 1 dollar each per day, and you could build 50 a day you would have something like this:
50

100

150

200

250

300

350
-----------
$1,400....

If they were a one time deal, and just got the 1 dollar and were done, then you'd have $350 after 7 days, at a rate of 50 a day. That 'business mind' tho...lol gg.

edit* sorry for dragging this on, that's been bothering me lol.

I do not get it either. Whether they live in a countrygrapohere $1 a day is a lot or not, doing IM there are no limits. It does not make it anymore beneficial to live in the UK to do IM than it does anywhere else. What one person can do in the UK, another can do in some country where $1 is a lot, so why not go for the big money?

this...I mean i see people selling things way too cheap just because in their country it is good money. Why would you sell a service for $10 dollars... when a guy from the UK is selling the same service for $50. $10 may still be a lot for you in your country but don't you see that you can get $50 for the same service?? which is much better don't u think?

Well, they probably do bigger volumes of sales though with such cheap prices. And also other people (like the UK guy in your example) can't offer competitive pricing, so you essentially can dominate the market with a cheap half ass service. It's proven over and over that people (generally) really don't care too much about quality. Same reason Walmart is so huge. People in the US complain about cheap Chinese products, but aren't willing to pay a couple extra dollars for something manufactured here...
