Yes, you can sign up with a new address and the entire process should take less than 30 seconds :)
CPV is 100% allowed, correct.

My account on CPALead was deleted (maybe due to inactivity). Can this be restored, as I had a good amount of ACTIVE referrals on the account too.

All that we'll need at some point soon, whenever you get a minute, is your payment information. If you've submitted it already then no worries at all, we'll have it approved soon.

one of the things that attracts so many users to PPD is the fact that they usually send weekly payouts.. are you going to do this as well?
