Hi, As you can see I am new user, live outside the US, hope to learn more and to get involve more in the future.

I am working on an ecommerce website that will sell physical products and ebooks, but the ebooks are copyrighted by dmca policy.
I have been looking to buy hosting located in panama that announced to be offshore hosting and asked them what is their policy regarding dmca complains, they told me that in this case they would tell me to remove the content (ebooks) and that if I won't remove it within 24 hours they will shut down my account, maybe they have to say that if someone asks or maybe its the truth so I figured here is the best place to ask.

I am looking for cheap webhosting, that have high uptime, ignores DMCA complains, support wordpress, the location doesn't matter (although I heard that google consider the hosting location to determine your website place on the SERP).

I don't need dedicated servers, and this thread was closed in 2013.

Check out blueanglehost. They have a thread in the hosting section and I'm pretty sure they ignore DMCA
 
go with blueangelhost they ignore dmca and also support is good. I have 3 dedicated server wihout any issue with them.
 
1. You had any experience with copyrighted ebooks?
2. Is it ok to use your real ID when buying domain/hosting?

If you're looking for a good offshore host, I can say with 100% certainty you will like bulletproof vps(dot)com

I've been there for a little over a year now with ZERO complaints. Support is excellent and you will never be turned off from any abuse notifications.

This is a plus if you are running SEO tools such as GSA or Xrumer.
