1TB+ Cloud Storage Free

As the title says, since mid Jan, these guys have been handing out 1TB (yes, TERRABYTE) of free cloud storage to anyone that registers. Not only that, but they add a DAILY increase of 1GB. (10GB if you pay).
Doesn't seem like a sale or a promotion, just a standard sign up and receive thing. They have mobile apps too for Android and iOS too, not sure about others.

I don't own the site, no affiliate link or anything, just seems like a decent deal, so you guys may as well take advantage, even if it doesn't last. (Can't see why it wouldn't but you never know).

Sounds silly, 1tb free is too good to be true. Gonna check this out, even if it works i wouldn't recommend sending important files to it.

There are some good alternatives to the traditional dropbox/ google drive now.

I've switched over to hubic, they do 25tb for €10 a month, and the same free 1tb offer.

Has anyone wasted their time to read the TOS? Somewhere stating all your files become their property and no privacy rights?

After some research it seems that Yunio sometimes syncs and loses a lot of information due to TRC (The republic of China) and their national rules.

I've found an alternative for 10TB, yes, 10TB: http://www.weiyun.com/act/10t-en.html

I use google drive as it's trusted and offers 5GB free, or you can use Dropbox and create multiple accounts and refer yourself for extra usage GB.

lol, tried to open privacy section - everything in Chinese.

If anyone is interested in cheap and secure cloud i suggest them to buy Western Digital My Cloud.
In long run it's cheaper then most cloud providers and much more secure, because it's your own private cloud. Love this thing.

I don't know the specifics, just thought I'd post. Just upload stuff that isn't sensitive or whatever. If you want a ton of space for nothing (At least moeywise), there you go. Not even sure if they have ads, but a decent ad blocker will make sure none show up.

I like the concept of these types of sites. I really do. I like that, in the case of an emergency, my files can be backed up & restored from online. I just really don't like backing my stuff up, online. It never feels secure, to me, for some reason.
